For YOU & YOUR CAMPUS
COviD Notification / Return forms
Please refer to the details in the AIF COVIDSafe Plan for more information on the process to follow if you become positive, a close contact, have symptoms or are required to isolate for any reason.
Use this form to notify AIF per the requirements in our Plan.
Vaccination
Vaccination against COVID-19 is advised as one of the highest and most effective risk control measures against the disease. AIF is committed to supporting the national vaccination program.
AIF provides Team Members with information, flexibility, and compensation support to receive vaccinations through regular updates, paid COVID-19 vaccination appointment leave (CVAL), and a paid thank you incentive scheme (CVTYI).
In some areas we operate in, public health orders require Team Members to be up to date with their vaccination against COVID-19 including two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination and/or booster/s vaccination/s.
For information about public health orders requiring vaccination or accessing the entitlements or support available to you, please head to our COVID-19 Vaccination Policy via Employment Hero (Files > Policies). AIF locations with current vaccination entry restrictions are also noted in this Section 3 of our Plan.
Your Input & feedback
A safe campus is more easily achieved when everyone involved communicates with each other to identify hazards and risks, talks about health and safety concerns and works together to find solutions.
We know not all risks can be eliminated entirely from any workplace, classroom or general environment, however AIF will continue to identify what measures we can put in place to minimise the risk as far as reasonably practicable.
By inviting consultation from our Team Members to share their experience, knowledge, and ideas, this will assist AIF to identify all hazards and choose the most effective control measures.
Please use our Feedback Form to provide any feedback or input you may have about the health, safety, and wellbeing at AIF.
COVIDSafe Plans for Other Sites, Partner Facilities, and Building Management
Where AIF operates from other locations and delivery sites such as VET in Schools, a Partner Facilities, other site visits, or under the direction of Building Management, AIF Team Members must follow the partners COVID safety plans and protocols in addition to AIF’s. You may be required to provide evidence satisfactory to AIF or the partner of compliance with requirements on both sides.
For copies of documentation AIF has been provided from other sites please head here. Please note, there may be more up to date copies available from the provider themselves that we have not yet received.
